These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Platform and the services offered thereon (the “Services”). abroaden is the trading name of “Abroaden Europe SL,” a Spanish Limited company with NIF: B01778547 located in Barcelona, Spain and a fully-owned subsidiary of Abroaden Holdings LTD, A Delaware Corporation.
